OneSnap is a private visual journal for keeping daily photos, notes, audio comments, memories, and personal moments on your device.

Privacy and simplicity are core principles of this App. We do not collect personal data, we do not track users, and we do not store journal data on external servers.

3. Data Stored by the App

3.1 Journal Entries, Photos, Notes & Audio Comments (Local Storage)

  • The App stores journal entries, selected photos, captions, dates, tags, optional audio comments, and related personal notes.
  • This data is stored locally on your device in the App’s private storage.
  • We do not upload or synchronize this data to any server.

3.2 App Settings

  • Preferences such as theme, language, reminder options, and display settings are stored locally.
  • These settings are never transmitted to us.

3.3 Personal Data

OneSnap does not require your name, email address, phone number or any personally identifiable information.

We do not collect, process or store personal data on our servers.

4. Device Permissions

The App may ask for access to photos, camera, or microphone features if you choose to add visual or audio content to your journal.

  • Photo access is used only to let you choose images for journal entries.
  • Camera access, if enabled, is used only to capture a photo for an entry.
  • Microphone access, if enabled, is used only to record an audio comment for an entry.
  • No access to location unless a future optional feature explicitly asks for it.
  • No access to contacts.

If optional reminders are enabled, they operate entirely on-device and are not connected to external servers.

5. Third-Party Services

OneSnap does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking frameworks or crash reporting services.

The App works fully offline and does not require internet connectivity for its core functionality.

6. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not share user data with third parties.
  • We do not transfer user data internationally.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • All data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or clear its storage.
  • You have full control over your journal content and settings.
