Brelax is a breathing and relaxation application designed to help users reduce stress, improve focus and build healthy breathing habits using guided breathing sessions, calming animations and progress tracking with Calm Points.

Privacy is a core principle of this App. We do not collect personal data, we do not track users, and we do not store breathing data on external servers.

3. Data Stored by the App

3.1 Breathing Sessions, Calm Points & Progress (Local Storage)

  • The App stores breathing session data including duration, timestamps, breathing protocols used, streaks, Calm Points, levels and achievements.
  • This data is stored locally on your device in the App’s private storage.
  • We do not upload, synchronize, or back up this data to any server.

3.2 App Settings

  • Preferences such as language, theme, breathing speed, animations, haptic feedback and reminders are stored locally.
  • These settings are never transmitted to us.

3.3 Personal Data

Brelax does not require your name, email address, phone number or any personally identifiable information.

We do not collect, process or store personal data on our servers.

4. Device Permissions

Brelax is designed to function without collecting personal data and without requesting sensitive permissions.

  • No access to microphone (no audio recording).

  • No access to photos, media or external storage.

All breathing guidance is based on visual animations, timers and optional haptic feedback. The App works fully offline.

Brelax does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking frameworks or crash reporting services.

The App functions fully offline and does not require internet connectivity for its core features.

6. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not share user data with third parties.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • All data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
  • You have full control over deleting your breathing history and Calm Points.
