How to contact us
The best way to reach us is by email. Every message is read, and we respond when there is something we can clarify, fix or improve.
To help us understand your request quickly, please include:
- Name of the app (for example: “Sound Meter”)
- Your device model and Android version
- App version (from the app settings, if available)
- A short description of the issue, or what you expected vs. what actually happened
- Optional: screenshots or a short screen recording if the behaviour is hard to describe in words
Notes for measurement tools
Some Indie Apps Lab tools measure aspects of your environment, such as sound level. For these apps, please keep in mind:
- Readings may differ between devices because microphones and sensors are different and often tuned by the manufacturer.
- These apps are designed for indicative and educational use, not as certified professional measurement instruments.
If you rely on measurements for safety, regulation or professional work, please use certified equipment alongside our apps.
